We ship worldwide and want you to be happy with your LumeTune. Please read how returns work below.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Personalised items
Items made with your own photos (the "Your photos" edition) are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us with a photo so we can look into it and resolve the matter in line with your statutory rights.
Return shipping
As we ship internationally, return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Where a return is approved, any refund is issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including, for UK customers, the right to cancel certain non-personalised orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
