Track Your Order

Every LumeTune order ships with tracked delivery. Once your parcel leaves our facility you'll receive an email containing your tracking number — enter it in the tracking widget on this page to see live status.

Timeline at a glance

• Order placed — you receive a confirmation email immediately.
• Production — 2–4 business days. Custom "Your photos" orders may take 1–2 days longer.
• Shipping email — sent the moment your tracking number is generated.
• Delivery — 7–15 business days worldwide.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam folder for messages from info@getlumetune.com. If it still hasn't arrived after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
