How does LumeTune work?

Each music box has 9 collectible discs. Tap your phone to any disc and the song embedded in its NFC chip plays instantly on Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube — no app required.

Which phones are supported?

Any iPhone XS or newer, and almost every Android made after 2017. NFC must be enabled in your phone's settings (it is by default on iPhone).

Can I change the song on a disc later?

Yes. The discs are rewritable. Use any free NFC writer app (we recommend "NFC Tools" — iOS and Android) to drop in a new Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube link.

Do I need the internet?

Yes — the chip stores a deep-link to the streaming service, so an internet connection is needed for playback. The 128MB built-in memory of the box itself is for the device firmware, not music files.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–4 business days. Worldwide delivery is 7–15 business days, tracked. Once your parcel ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Where do you ship from?

Directly from our manufacturing partner in Guangzhou, China. Shipping is free worldwide.

What is the "Your photos" variant?

If you choose the "Your photos" option, our factory prints custom artwork on each of the 9 discs using images you send us after checkout. We'll email you with upload instructions within 24 hours of your order.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Custom "Your photos" boxes are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our full refund policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every LumeTune box comes with a 1-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects. You can extend this to 2 years at checkout.

How is the box powered?

Built-in rechargeable battery, up to 8 hours of playback. Charges via the included USB-C cable.
